Cora’s TBR Challenge Check-In

We’re nearly at the end of the year, fellow readers. Are you going to make your TBR Challenge goal?

I’ve got a little bit of a pile to finish before the end of the year–14 books for my overall reading goal, and 11 for my TBR Challenge. With just a few weeks left to go in the year, I’d better get reading! But since my writing deadlines are met for the year and my Day Job is slowing down for the holidays, I ought to have more time for books (though I’ve been saying that off and on all year, lol). I’m also in a outlining/plotting phase for the new novel I’m working on, which means I’ll be going through some of the research books I’ve previously purchased but have not yet read.

Now here’s hoping I can ignore all the holiday sales and not add to my mountainous TBR pile  😉

  1. I rarely leave comments, but I do really enjoy your blog. Although I am fascinated by the Regency I don’t do enough research. That is until an informative blog like your own prompts me to learn something I hadn’t wondered about yet, or had wondered about but forgot about it after I read the book the ‘something’ occurred. Bad me.

Anyway, today I’m commenting because I am definitely going to join in and take part in your 2018 TBR challenge. Because if it’s in writing I’ll more likely to get it done.

    1. I’m so glad you decided to comment today! I’m a total research nerd, so if you ever come across a question you can’t find an answer to, you can always give me a holler 🙂 If I don’t know the answer, I can probably point you in the right direction.

      Good luck with your writing!
