We’re five months in to 2020–how is your TBR Challenge going?
If you’re anything like me, you’re reading in spurts between long stretches of not reading much at all. I’m in the middle of one of those no-reading stretches right now, dealing with family issues and writing deadlines and issues in the world in general. I checked Goodreads to see how long it’s been, and I haven’t read a thing since the end of April. That makes sense because May was A Month.
<sigh>
But I’ve finished 7 out of the 20 TBR books I’ve pledged to read this year, which means I’m only about a book behind schedule, and I’m only two books behind in my overall reading challenge. That’s easy enough to catch up on when things slow down again…if they ever do 😉

You have a lot going on in your life, for sure! My reading has picked back up since last month. 10 of the 47 books I have read fit my Cora TBR challenge. Romancing the Gold Coast has been moved till next year in Oct, so I have more time to read books by those authors, which is part of my challenge. I plan to finish a few books I’m in the middle of by the end of the weekend. New and shiny books keep calling to me! In good news, my daughter may finally be coming home from college this month. Extra cleaning required, since she hasn’t been home since Dec! Be well, Cora, and keep in touch.

New and shiny books get me a lot, too, lol–sometimes they’re just too hard to resist! And yay for kiddos coming home! I know how hard it’s been on you having her away and not able to visit. Enjoy that first hug when she comes through the door ❤
