Our Favorite this weeks features Jane Austen, but includes literature from several eras. The UK’s Telegraph has put together a slide show they’re calling the 30 great opening lines in literature. Which one is your favorite?

Jane Austen’s is the most well-known. I read a few of the other books in literature classes, but P&P is the only one I would go back to!

  There are quite a few books I remember reading in school, too, Sharlene, that I wouldn’t re-read voluntarily. We didn’t do Jane Austen, though 🙂
